Organo Sintesis has a well-equipped research laboratory where highest technology are applied to new products development and improvement of processes.
The Research and Development Department continuously works in the evaluation and analysis of innovative chemical specialty products to meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
The synthesis of intermediates and finished products at the laboratory level carried out through a synthesis contract are carried out in our research laboratory, which can then be scaled to a pilot plant and ultimately on a commercial scale.
The Company has the technical and human resources to ensure the success of each chemical synthesis Project since it has the following basic requirements:
- Highly qualified professionals
- Research and development laboratory provided with the most modern equipment and the services of scientific information searching tools.
- Pilot plant equipped with glass-lined and stainless steel reactors with different capacities (50 and 100 gallons) and capabilities to manage reactions from – 15° C to 250° C
- Analytical laboratory equipped with laboratory equipment such as GC, HPLC, FT-IR, UV-Visible, etc.
The Pilot Plant and the research laboratory has trained personnel to work under Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.
